What is “neoqb”?

“Neoqb” is a derivative of two words: a word “neo” (Latin - to spin, weave, and embroider) and the first letters of mathematical concept “quantum bit” that means the quantum category or the least element for information storage in a quantum computer. The word “qubit” was put into practice by Ben Schumacher from Kenon-college (USA) in 1995, and the doctor of physical and mathematical sciences A.K.Zvezdin has assumed a variant of translation “q-bit” at his article. Sometimes it is possible to meet the name “quantbit”.
